Warranty Period: Lifetime (Limited Warranty) with warranty registration only. 1 Year exchange on defective product(s) with on same item(s) only.

Lifetime limited on all electronic components excluding normal wear and tear. (Scratched barrel, melted or damaged power cord, discolored plastic or broken heating element, etc.) Exchanges will not be made to customer until receiving defective product(s). All items will be exchanged with a 30% retail cost at present time of exchange.

Re Stocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is applied for product(s) returned; all items returned must obtained a RMA number from Enzo Milano's Customer Service Department prior to returning products, no credit will be issued to customer until receiving product(s) from customer; All product(s) received must be unopened and in brand new condition, a $15 dollars per box re-packaging fee will apply for open boxes.

ENZO MILANO HAS A LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON DEFECTIVE CURLING IRONS AND FLAT IRONS WITH THE FOLLOWING ISSUES;

CURLING IRONS THAT DOES NOT HEAT UP TO ITS TEMPERATURE
CURLING IRONS THAT DOES NOT HEAT UP AT ALL
FLAT IRONS THAT DOES NOT HEAT UP AT ALL
FLAT IRONS THAT DOES NOT CLOSE CORRECTLY WHEN APPLYING TO HAIR

ENZO MILANO DOES NOT HONOR CURLING AND FLAT IRONS THAT ARE DAMAGED. AS AN EXAMPLE:

BROKEN CURLING IRONS. YOU CAN TELL IF THE CURLING IRON IS BROKEN BECAUSE WHEN YOU TWIST THE HANDLE FROM THE CORD, GRAINS OF TINY SAND WILL FALL INTO YOUR HAND.

BROKEN FLAT IRONS. YOU CAN TELL JUST BY LOOKING INTO THE IRON THAT THE GLASS PLATES ARE CRACKED.

ENZO MILANO DOES NOT ACCEPT CURLING OR FLAT IRONS THAT ARE BROKEN INTO TWO PARTS!

WHEN EXCHANGING A CURLING OR FLAT IRON, CUSTOMER MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO HONOR THE ONE WARRANTY:
